Winter ...

It's winter here now and I am NOT looking forward to standing buck naked in front of that light machine. Its cold in the bedroom!! I'm up to 4 minutes 30 seconds per side at the moment. I might have to bump it up again as I didn't burn last Friday after my session. At least I don't remember burning. I do recall being extra itchy on my back though so perhaps I was. Considering how red my back is it would be hard to tell if I had a burn or not. I would take a picture to show you but I'm camera shy rofl. To be honest I don't like seeing photos of myself. I suppose I should try and get motivated to have that shower and do the right thing ...
