"B's" P is spreading

I almost forgot to mention that my big fella has MORE P on his foot. I know he doesn't seem to phased by it at the moment but he wont look after his skin. I am always asking him to use his creams. He says he does it but I find it a little difficult to believe him at times. Since it's spreading even further you would think that he would be more conscious of his skin. I guess its because his is only on his foot and can be covered by socks and shoes that he doesn't seem to mind. He may think differently when it spreads.
