I finally made some time this morning to do some baking. I dropped my time back to 5 minutes 15 seconds because I missed last weeks sessions. So rather than risk a burn I thought it best to reduce my baking. Let's hope that everything goes well and I don't burn so I can put it back up again.
I'm still waiting to hear from the Housing Commission. That will stress me out until I hear from them and arranging to fill in the paperwork. I so need to move out of this caravan park. I need a change and I need it real soon! Back to packing I guess .. don't want to leave everything until the last minute.
