Well I upped my dose again today. I'm up to 3 minutes 45 seconds. Not sure if it will make a difference or not as I can't even tell if any of this is helping this time round. Gosh I sound so despondent but I don't care. Today I just don't care and am even thinking whats the point of all this? It's not making much of a difference at all.
