Okay I did it! My UV that is and I did the right thing with the lotions and potions last night. I must admit my skin is looking much better. It's not as red and inflamed like it was the other week when I hadn't done the UV. If things keep going this well I've made a great start into the lead up to winter. I know I am going to flare when that hits. I always do.
While I was doing my baking this morning I had to stop briefly for a phone call but when I went back to complete my UV I forgot what side I was on. I just hope I didn't mess up and forget one rofl. The memory isn't what it used to be. I'm sure I did all sides though.
