Golly it was cold this morning. There was a frost on the car when I went to take the boys to school. I checked the temperature gauge I have in the car it was only 8C (about 47F). So you know what that means ... I'll wait until it warms up rofl .. same excuse as always huh.
I'm thinking perhaps a nice hot shower first to warm up and then I'll do my treatment.
I'll be staying at the same dose. When I checked my back yesterday morning it was still red so I obviously got burnt from the session on Saturday. I suppose I better go have that shower now .. .. ..
