Plodding Along

Gosh I feel so awful about not posting on here more regularly. The trouble is I never really know what to put in the posts all the time. If anyone has any ideas about the things I could include I would be very grateful.

I had a review with my dermatologist almost two weeks ago. He's kept me on the same coal tar preparation but has now given me celestone cream (mydr.com.au) rather than the ointment. I don't know if it will make any difference as the strength between the ointment and the cream is the same.

I am hoping that both of these things will help the psoriasis on my legs. I am just getting so tired of it not clearing up as well as it did when I first went to the derm. I'm even getting new spots again so I dab a little extra of the lotion on. I don't know if its working or not.

To be honest I was thinking of using my UVB lamp again but the mornings here have been pretty dang cold of late. It was -1C (30.2F) this morning when I got up at 7 o'clock! Yeah I know I could do my UV treatment later in the day when its warmer but I like to do it immediately after a shower so that I don't feel so cold standing there butt naked! Its my excuse & I'll stick to it for now.
If my UVB lamp was like the cabinet in the photo then I wouldn't need to worry about turning round & round like a chook on a rotisserie. Those were the days when I used to use one of those machines!

Anyway, I go back to see the derm in two more weeks. Who knows what will happen between now & then.
